Valentines Tradition Year 3

Randi and I have a tradition since coming to college where we get dressed up and go to Benihana. It is absolutely delicous and I look forward to it each year. Randi is working as a nanny right now and she was supposed to nanny Valentines day night and we were so bummed. Fortunately (unfortunately for them) the family got sick so they cancelled and Randi and I were able to go for the 3rd year. They cook the food right in front of you and basically from the time they bring you the soup and salad you don't stop eating until you've finished your icecream. They seriously have the best chicken fried rice. I could eat it all day every day. SO GOOD! And it's just always fun to enjoy a night out with Rand where we're not worrying about homework or school and can just spend hours catching up.

This last weekend I went home to Logan and it was awesome. My dad is moving to Gillette for work and for now the family is staying in Logan to at least finish up the school year. So it was a little bittersweet but a weekend at home is always fun. I played cribbage with dad, watched the Avs, went to breakfast with Mom and Dad on Saturday morning, watched Connor and Max play church ball, and just hang out.  It was awesome. Logan High School also had their Sweethearts dance so I got to see Max get all dressed up and go out with his friends. So weird that he's already a sophomore. I am seriously so blessed with the family I have and am reminded of it daily.
